东亚区域分工背景下新加坡贸易结构升级探析 摘 要 东亚区域生产网络的形成与发展过程以1990s初期为界划分为两个阶段。前 一阶段口本推行的“雁行模式”塑造了东亚区域生产网络的雏形，这一阶段有两 个特点：一是□本占据绝对主导地位；二是东亚不同国家地区之间以产业A分工 为主。1990s之后，东亚区域生产网络得到了进一步发展，分工主要沿着价值链 展开。分工从产品层面深入到工序层面，“产业间一产业内一产品内”的分工 路径反映了分工效率的提高，这种分工的深化是贸易自由化和技术进步等因素综 合作用的结果。在新的分工关系下，同一产品的生产过程根据区域A经济体比较 优势的不同被分割成若干个生产阶段，形成东亚经济体之间专业化的生产阶段分 工，这种生产关系奠定东亚区域生产网络的分工棊础。 作为亚洲“四小龙”，贸易立国的城市经济体新加坡，70年代承接口本产业 转移，迅速融入世界经济发展大潮，不断求变和创新，在东亚各国屮位于领先地 位。本文在东亚区域分工背景不利用新加坡与东亚9对外贸易实证数据及其新加 坡服务贸易情况对新加坡贸易结构升级情况进行浅析，探寻其迅速发展原因，并 指出对与新加坡贸易联系密切的屮国的启示。 关键词：东亚区域分工新加坡贸易结构 Abstract The process of the formation and development of regional production networks in East Asia the early 1990s for the sector is divided into two stages, the previous stage of the ’’flying geese model’1 Implemented by Japan shaped prototype of the East Asian regional production networks , this stage has two characteristics： First, Japan occupied the absolute dominant position； Second, the east Asian region is given priority to intra-industry division of labor between different countries.After 1990s，the East Asian regional production networks have been further developed and the division of labor has expanded along the value chain.
