本科毕业设计（论文） 题目 YJ-165型单动式液压电缆剪刀设计 系（院） 机械工程系 年级 专业 机械工程及自动化 班级 学号 学生姓名 指导教师 职称 论文提交日期 2014年3月26日 YJ-165型单动式液压电缆剪刀设计 在能源，交通，冶金，化工，矿山及其他行业的设备安装工作中，装剪大规格电缆 比较困难；有些电缆安装在空间非常窄小的地方无法用加长力臂或用其他的方法剪断电 缆。电缆剪是一种专门用于剪切电缆的剪钳，动刀和静刀两刃交错，可以开合。电缆剪属 于大型剪刀，为加强电缆剪的强度、方便性，电缆剪从传统的手动电缆剪发展出棘轮电 缆剪，陆续再出现手动液压电缆剪。传统的手动液压电缆剪主要括刀架、连接头、油缸 活塞动力机构、液压油路控制系统、高低压柱塞机构、手动操作机构和柔性贮油系统，使 用时，先将被剪物放置于刀架上，再向油缸内注入高压液体，通过工人握捏手柄，在液压 力的作用下，柱塞推动动刀移动，与静刀配合形成剪切力将被剪物剪断。这种手动液压电 缆剪能轻松将高压PE、IV电缆线、电话线切断，但无法对所有特高压、超高压输电线路 大截面钢芯铝绞线，高强度铝合金钢芯铝绞线（大跨越导线）以及钢绞线进行剪切，同时 工人在手动操作时不仅重量重、劳动强度大，而且还有方向限制，増加了操作难度，降低 了工作效率；另外结构复杂，円常维护不方便，生产成本较高。鉴于上述己有技术，有 必要对现有液压电缆剪的结构设计加以改进。 关键词：电缆剪汕缸结构设计 YJ-165 Type Hydraulic Cable Cutter Design Of Single Action Abstract In the energy, transportation，metallurgy，chemical，mining and other sectors of the equipment installation work，with large specification cable cut is difficult; installed in the space is very narrow and some cable place can not use extended arm or use other methods to cut the cable.
