内蒙古科技大学毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 1 内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目： 荧光光谱法检测头孢匹胺钠 学生姓名： 学 号： 0602129110 专 业： 应用化学 班 级： 应化2006-1班 指导教师： 教授 荧光光谱法检测头孢匹胺钠 摘 要 抗菌素类药物头孢匹胺钠传统的分析方法为高效液相色谱法，本文利用头孢匹胺钠自身具有荧光的特性，采用胶束增敏荧光法对该药品进行测定。头孢匹胺钠对一些物质所发荧光具有猝灭作用，应用该特性也可以对此药品进行定量分析。 头孢匹胺钠自身能发荧光，但其强度较弱；阳离子表面活性剂CTAB对其荧光有显著的增敏作用。研究发现头孢匹胺钠增敏后的荧光强度和其浓度间有较好的线性关系；文中确定了该方法的最佳测定条件、检出限及样品的回收率和相对标准偏差。 TritonX-100是一种非离子表面活性剂，其自身有很强的荧光。头孢匹胺钠对其荧光强度有强烈的猝灭作用，猝灭后的荧光强度与头孢匹胺钠浓度间呈现良好的线性关系；据此确定了该方法的最佳测定条件、检出限及样品的回收率和相对标准偏差。 头孢匹胺钠药品中掺杂辅料苯甲酸钠，采用以上两种方法均不需要对药品进行分离，就可直接测定。研究表明上述两种荧光光谱法具有灵敏度高、选择性强、分析速度快、稳定性好、方法简便的特点。 关键词：头孢匹胺钠；荧光分析法；CTAB；TritonX-100 内蒙古科技大学毕业论文 Fluorescence detection Cefpiramide Abstract Traditional analysis methods of antibiotic drugs cefpiramide is the high performance liquid chromatography. In this paper, cefpiramide has fluorescence character, using micellar enhanced it’s fluorescence, the drug was determined. Cefpiramide can quenching a number of substances the fluorescence, using this feature we can have a quantitative analysis of drugs. Cefpiramide itself has fluorescence with very weak strength; cationic surfactant CTAB can significantly strengthen its fluorescence intensity. It was found that the linear relationship between after sensitized fluorescence intensity and the concentration is good; We determined the method of optimum conditions, the detection limit, sample recoveries and relative standard deviation. TritonX-100 is a non-ionic surfactant with strong fluorescence. Cefpiramide has a strong quenching on the fluorescence intensity of TritonX-100. There is a good linear relationship between quenching fluorescence intensity and the cefpiramide concentration. We also determined the method to determine optimum conditions, the detection limit, sample recoveries and relative standard deviation. Drugs of Cefpiramide doped sodium benzoate.
