This context is base on the interpersonal theory of suicide, select Chinese college students as the research object. The first research is to translate and text the Interpersonal Needs Questionnaire. The second research is to explore the relationship of Interpersonal cognitive impairment (thwarted belonging-ness, perceived burdensomeness) ,meaning in life and suicidal ideation. In the first research, the questionnaire perform well after selece two questions. The rest 10 questions can predict thwarted belonging-ness and perceived burdensomeness. In the second research, below conclusions are received: Thwarted belonging-ness and perceived burdensomeness can predict suicide ideation of college student. The joint presence of thwarted belonging-ness and perceived burdensomeness can predict suicide ideation of college student. College students who have high level of thwarted belonging-ness as well as high level of perceived burdensomeness are most likely to have suicide ideation. Presence of meaning in life is a direct of suicide ideation, and is a mediator of the relationship between search for meaning in life and suicidal ideation. Presence of meaning in life is a mediator of the relationship between Interpersonal cognitive impairment and suicidal ideation. Search for meaning in life and presence of meaning in life are also worked as chain dual mediations between Interpersonal cognitive impairment and suicidal ideation, and between the joint presence of thwarted belonging-ness and perceived burdensomeness and suicide ideation.
