广西师范学院硕士学位论文大学生休闲能 广西师范学院硕士学位论文 大学生休闲能力及其养成支撑体系研究 II II Research on Leisure Ability of College Students and the System for Culturing the College Students’ Leisure Ability Abstract The external support conditions for culturing the leisure ability of college students is as the starting point In this paper and it concerns the development of the college students’ leisure ability. First, analyze and summarize the four elements of leisure ability which are leisure awareness, leisure self-conscious, leisure skills, leisure decision making ability in the theoretical point of view; five main features of leisure ability which are instinct, acquired plasticity, overall, hierarchy and stage; main factors for leisure ability which are leisure environment and leisure education. According to the main factors, the system for culturing the leisure ability of the college students includes leisure environment system and education system. As the main factors for human development which are culture and material supply, the leisure environment system is divided into cultural environment and physical environment. According to the main living space of the college students, the leisure environment is divided into family leisure cultural and leisure physical environment, universities leisure culture and leisure physical environment, social leisure cultural and leisure physical environment. According to the different kinds of education, leisure education is divided into self-leisure education, family leisure education, college leisure education and social leisure education. Secondly, the questionnaire for the situation of college students’ leisure life was made according to the four elements of the leisure ability. The results of the survey was that (1) Leisure awareness: the level of leisure values of the college students is low, half of the college student’ leisure attitude are positive, half of them are passive ,the overall level is not high and the college students have certain awareness
