宁夏医科大学硕士 宁夏医科大学硕士研究生学位论文 英文摘要 II II Magnetic resonance spectroscopy in astrocytomas grading qualitative and application value ABSTRACT Objective Research proton magnetic resonance spectrum (1H - MRS) imaging in astrocytomas qualitative and classification of the value. Method Retrospective study the 60 cases were diagnosed astrocytomas postoperative patients, including male 38 cases, women 22 cases conventional and spectrum, magnetic resonance examination. Assessment of the spectrum metabolites include Cho/NAA,NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr. Result Postoperative pathologic findings confirmed: among the 60 cases astrocytomas, 30 cases low-grade malignan(t WHOⅠ~Ⅱ)Highly malignant (WHO Ⅲ~Ⅳ) astrocytomas 30 cases. In almost all cases can find different degree spectrum olumes rises, NAA peak reduce, Cr is more stable to push the common image characteristics. In five cases of highly malignant astrocytomas can be found in the Lip peak, but not seen in the astrocytomas low-grade malignant. Lip peak can serve as a low-grade malignant and highly malignant difference in an index, statistically significant difference between the two groups. Between various dont astrocytomas no obvious difference NAA/Cr(P0.05). Cho/Cho/Cr and NAA would have highly statistically significant(P0.01). Cr peak as spectrum metabolites in highly internal standard in malignant tumor, reduced significantly, and may also reflects the malignant tumor changes. III III Conclusion Think proton magnetic resonance spectrum (1H - MRS) imaging can for astrocytomas qualitative analysis and classification to provide reliable information.
