It has aroused close attention of the teaching staffs engaged the ideological and political education. With differences of the network public opinion and of the network group event, the network collective behavior associated with university students is, around some actual topics or network discussions meanwhile under the stimulation of a certain event, a virtual gathering made by certain amount of campus netizens who are spontaneous or are organized. With the help of various network tools, the behavior is manifested by means of intensive expression of opinions, ideas, appeals and the consolidation of emotions. It makes some real-life influences and possibly turns to the collective behavior of actual society. There are V VII positive-going performance and negative-going performance from its exterior appearance. All have the features of quick explosion, wide influence and unstable constitutor. Mainly we divide it into the patterns of praise and compliment, criticism and exposure, support and rescue, extreme patriotism, boredom and kuso. The behavior tightly connects to the changes of social environment, network technology and the behavioral subject themselves. The positive and healthy behavior prompts the development of public welfare, pushes the network public opinions’ supervision and contributes to the construction of campus network culture; the negative and irrational behavior threats the stabilization of campus and society, wastes
