Analysis on Vertical Swiveling Lifting Scaffold Stability of Steel Arch Bridge A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Song Tao Supervisor:Prof. Hu Qing’an Chang’an University, Xi’an, China I I 摘 要 随着经济的发展,人们对交通的需求越来越大。为了适应交通发展的要求, 需要建设大跨径的桥梁,其中钢拱桥作为其中桥型之一,得到了广泛的应用。钢 拱桥能够与当地自然环境相协调,具有良好的视觉效果,其以独特的结构形式赢 得了广泛的赞誉。 大跨径钢拱桥的施工方法其中之一就是转体施工法,其最为重要的是保证施 工过程中稳定性。作为主要承重构件的提升塔架,要从强度、刚度和稳定性三个 方面考虑,而最为重要的是要保证其稳定性。本文通过建立有限元模型,分别从 提升塔架的位置、吊点的布置、背索的初拉力大小及边横系梁的设置出发,研究 上述因素对结构稳定性的影响,找出上述因素对结构稳定性规律,并提出了增强 稳定性的措施,为以后转体施工提供有益的参考。 本文最后通过滹沱河大桥,经适当简化结构,建立有限元模型,经计算得出 结果,对比、分析结构优化前后的稳定系数,经优化后的结构的稳定系数满足相 关规范的要求,能够保证施工安全的需要,从而对本文提出的研究成果加以验证, 证明上述规律的正确性。 本文的研究成果将对大跨径钢桥转体设计、施工提供一定的参考。 关键词:钢拱桥 转体施工 提升支架 稳定性 Abstract With the development of economy, we need more and more transportation. In order to adapt to the requirements of transportation development, We need to construct large span bridge, in which the steel arch bridge as the bridge, which has been widely used. Steel arch bridge would be harmony with the local natural environment and have a good visual effect, which unique structure has won wide praise. One of the construction method large span steel arch bridge which is the rotary construction method, The most important is to ensure that the construction process stability. As the main load-bearing component of the lifting tower, from the strength, rigidity and stability of three aspects, and the most important is to ensure its stability. In this paper, through the establishment of finite element model, separately from the lifting tower position, lifting point arrangement, the dorsolateral funiculus of the initial force and slide lateral connections are arranged in the form of the above factors, we research on the structure stability, find out the factors on the stability of structure, and put forward the measures for enhancing stability, after construction with a useful reference.
