优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 Abstract Objective： In this study we evaluated the levels of urinary ENA-78 and IL-8 in diabetic nephropathy (DN), primary glomerulonephritis (PGN) and normal control to investigate the correlation between them, early diagnosis and early treatment, observation of illness, and to investigate the role in pathogenesis. Methods： The levels of urinary ENA-78 and IL-8 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) in 40 Type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients, 32 primary glomerulonephritis patients and 16 healthy controls. The patients were grouped according to the degree of UAER: normal urinary albumin group (UAER30 mg/24h) [D1, n=10; P1, n=10]; minimal urinary albumin group (UAER:30～300 mg/24h) [D2, n=12; P2, n=10]; large urinary albumin group (UAER300 mg/24h) [D3, n=18; P3, n=12]. Resu1t：(1) Levels of urinary ENA-78 and IL-8 in DN were significantly elevated compared to those in controls (P0.01, P0.05). Level of urinary ENA-78 in DN was significantly elevated compared to those in PGN (P0.01). Level of urinary ENA-78 was positively correlated with UAER in DN patients (r=0.530, P0.001). Level of urinary IL-8 was positively correlated with UAER in DN patients (r=0.530, P0.001). (2) Level of urinary IL-8 in PGN was significantly elevated compared to those in controls (P0.05). Level of urinary IL-8 was positively correlated with UAER in PGN patients (r=0.530, P0.001). Level of urinary ENA-78 in PGN was not significantly elevated compared to those in controls (P0.05). Conclusion： ENA-78 may be involved in the progression of human diabetic nephropathy and that ENA-78 may be of use for telling diabetic nephropathy from primary renal diseases.
