Abstract
This topic research is under the guidance of the new education idea ,using the knowledge of related disciplines,comply with the laws of physical education teaching, and combining with the characteristics of physical education , in colleges and
universities in the teaching proles of optional soccer course explore an ideal teaching model is layered lifting teaching mode.
This topic research in Shanghai normal university,class of 2014 public on
football lesson 60 students as the research object,USES the literature material method, classroom observation,teaching experiment method,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods,layered lifting teaching mode in
the teaching proles of optional soccer course implementing effect of experimental research. Through the analysis of stratified lifting teaching mode in college football
lesson options the application effect is analyzed,the results showed that:the stratified
lifting teaching mode is more advantage than the traditional teaching mode,conform to the requirements of quality education,to better implement the principle of their aptitude,to meet the needs of different students learn basic,allow them to learn something;Layered lifting teaching mode through the lifting mechanism,to better stimulate students learning motivation,fully embodies the students in classroom teaching is the main part of the study,can effectively improve the teaching effect, complete the teaching task,is conducive to the healthy development of the students psychological through layered lift teaching mode of teaching , students basic technology and skills have improved considerably,enhanced the enthusiasm of college students interest in football and exercise;Stimulating the enthusiasm of the students of sports,make the classroom teaching to the extra-curricular activities,the
students physical exercise habit has good influence and functions.
