结论 50～岁年龄段人群高血糖、高血脂、高血压患者所占比重较大，提示 MS 是中老年人较为严重的健康问题，早发现、早预防控制意义重大。广泛开展平衡 膳食、疾病的饮食治疗以及提倡合理的生活习惯，定期进行血糖、血脂、血压的 普查工作，重视 MS 的防治工作。 关键词 农村居民；血糖；血脂；血压；影响因素 Analysis on the impact of factors on level of serum glucose， blood fat and blood pressure in part rural population of Chaohu in Anhui province Abstract Objective Finding out serum glucose, blood fat and arterial pressure levels with influential factors of country residents in Chaohu, and providing reference for drawing up intervening measure. Method All the inhabitants who were older than 20 of Changyuan village and Zhouhuang village in Chaohu were chosen, the number of which was 561. They were classified to 7 age groups, and every ten years of the age occupied one group from 20 to 90. The MS exceptional characteristics of each group were analyzed, and their GLU, TCH and TG were tested. Then the statistical analysis was done with SPSS10.01 package. Besides, questionnaire survey was undergone to collect information. Results The serum glucose, blood fat and arterial pressure levels of them are shown below. The serum glucose level (GLU) was 4.1452± 0.7273 mmol/L, total cholesterol (TC) was 4.1214± 0.8116 mmol/L, and triglyceride (TG) was 0.5895± 0.3611 mmol/L. The serum glucose (GLU) abnormal percentage was 2.6%, the blood fat abnormal percentage was 6.4%, and the arterial pressure abnormal percentage was 19.3%. The serum glucose, blood fat and arterial pressure differences of these two villages were in no statistical sense (P0.05). There were 15 of the subjects who were pathoglycemia, 8 of whom were male, while 9 of them were elder than 70, which was 60.0%. The serum glucose abnormal percentage difference of men and women wasn’t statistically significant (P0.05). There were 36 of them who were abnormal on blood fat, 13 of whom were male, while the 50-59 age group took a greater percentage of 33.3, which meant 12 of them. The blood fat abnormal percentage difference of men and women wasn’t statistically significant (P
