Abstract
The hysteresis synchronous motor of the rate gyro, equipped on a spaceship, is required to work in -40±2℃ and keep temperature for four hours, and synchronize the motor rotor in phase at stable rotating rate in less than 6 minutes. But in the assembly process, 70% motors can not reach the required performance. The performance of the whole instrument is directly affected by low-temperature non- synchronization of the motor rotor, which, therefore, seriously affected he time schedule of the development of the spaceship. At the same time, large amount of money, equipment and personnel are required.
To solve the problem that the low-temperature non-synchronization of the hysteresis synchronous motor of the rate gyro, the CALT decides to tackle the key process problem for the spaceship .There are many reasons for the low-temperature non-synchronization of the hysteresis synchronous motor, main factors are the preload stress of the axletree, the viscosity of the lubrication, and the magnetic performance of the magnetic steel pieces in the rotor. The error variance testing during the fitting of the motor shows that the magnetic performance of the magnetic steel pieces is the key factor. Based on these analyses, researches on the magnetic performance of the magnetic steel pieces and technical tests are conducted.
The research and test results give several factors that affect the magnetic performance of the magnet steel pieces, such as the precision grinding stress of the magnetic steel pieces, the fitting clearance of the magnetic steel and the fitting cementing stress. In the orthogonal testing, orthogonal testing tables are designed, and the range analyses and single factor test of the orthogonal test are used. Then the factor-level table, orthogonal testing plan the conclusion table, numerical value calculate table and the index-level relationship are drawn.
