哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract Huge short-circuit current and electromagnetic torque will be formed when generator terminal short-circuit accident is happened, which will impact intensively to generator structural members. If the structure of large hydro-generator cannot endure the impact, it will be damaged. In order to keep the operational reliability of large hydro-generator, generator terminal short-circuit condition must be considered fully in the structural design stage. For analyzing the effect of generator terminal short-circuit condition to hydro-generator structural design, base on the product of Harbin Electric Machinery Company Limited, the research on the values and change rules of electromagnetic parameters, the stress and deformation of structural members are performed. Firstly, the values and curves of short-circuit current and electromagnetic torque in the transient process of generator terminal sudden short-circuit condition are obtained, with the field-path coupling method and SIMSEN simulation. Secondly the stator frame and upper bracket models are built with ANSYS finite element software. Adding the force transform from the max electromagnetic torque above to the models, the stress and deformation of structural models are analysed and the weakest location of stress concentration and obvious deformation is found. Finally, base on the analytic result, the structural models are optimized and improved, reasonable structure is determined and applied to actual project design to satisfy the requirement of generator terminal short-circuit condition.
