This pap町拙ldies 伽 approach for error modeling of 也.e nose tran:叩ort jig assembly 阳or of Major Component Aircraft Transport Jigs Tools (MCATJT),and deals with error analysis and the evaluation of assembly accuracy. The following
constributions have been made.
Using 叩atia1 pose r,叩resentation of objects,this paper s阳dies the influence of the manufacturing imperfection in locators and workpiece surfaces on workpieces
pose accuracy in a 3♂斗fIxturing scheme,and presents the modeling methodology to
study the workpieces pose error. on the hasis of 3-2-1 fIxturing scheme,也is paper discusses 伽 approach for error modeling of t忱的-1 fIxturing scheme. Based upon 由is modeling methodology,this pap田models 由e Front Frame (FFR) of MCATJT using the homogeneous transformation matrix(HTM)method,and indicates that the error model ofFFR can be used to evaluate the error ofthe Front Cradle (FFC).
Based on the Monte Carlo simulation 如r error analysis,也is pap町 presents an approach to simulating two kinds of fIt clearance error. Corre叩onding to the error modeling methodology,也is pap即 presents a method ωdea1 with spatial assembly dimension chain. This method divides the 叩atia1 dimension chain into simple dimension chains relating to the coordinate of single locating point,as the result of 由is,it not only simplifIes the problem of spatial dimension chain,but also realizes
error analysis for manufacturing.
From 伽e error analysis simulation of some poin邸,也is pap町 yeilds 曲创出e coordinates error of points are relevant to the locating mode and 伽 layout of locators. And the evaluated accuracy of points coordinates have been simulated based on the given tolerance design. Error simulation of some points of FCR has been made using the error model of FFR.
The experimental measurement of the nose transport jig assembly has been
