大学生参与篮球运动损伤风险因素调查分析-体育学;体育教育训练学专业论文.docx

I I 摘要 篮球运动是一项集体、攻防对抗性的运动，同时也是一项深受大众喜爱的 运动。但是任何体育运动都伴随着潜在的损伤风险，特别是同场竞技、有身体 接触对抗性强的运动项目出现损伤的概率更大。 本研究针对男性大学生这一参与篮球运动较多的群体运用文献资料法、调 查法、实验测试法、数理统计法进行运动损伤流行病学调查以及实证研究，从 内在原因包括自身身体素质等和外在原因包括场地器材、每周运动时间、护具 与支持带使用情况、疲劳等进行风险的识别与评估，较为全面地得出造成篮球 运动损伤的原因，为今后大学生参与篮球运动预防损伤提供一定的理论依据。 关键词：大学生；篮球运动；损伤因素 …………………………………….. 本 研 究 得 到 国 家 科 技 支 撑 计 划 项 目 《运动风险评估关键技术的 研究 》（课题编号 2006BAK33B02）的资助。 II II Abstract Basketball is a sport which has strong collective and offense and defense antagonism.Meanwhile, it is also a very popular and widespread. But any sport is accompanied by a potential risk of damage, especially the players fighting with each other on the ground,even the fighting for direct contact with the sports events that occur more. This research is directed at men and boys who attend the sport mostly in the universities.Through the methods of literature study, questionnaire and the experiment to test the law, the method mathematical statistics law on movement damage ,epidemiological investigations and empirical research, including their bodies from inner reasons for the quality and external causes which include equipment, a motion on time, protective and support with use, fatigue, and the risk assessment and identification,Thus it is more comprehensive to get the reasons that cause the basketball damage, even to provide the scientific theory for the students who participate this sport and know how to prevent damage in the universities in the future.
