大学生就业网络信息服务模式研究 ABSTRACT RESEARCH ON COLLEGE GRADUATES EMPLOYMENT NETWORK INFORMATION SERVICE MODEL ABSTRACT With the development of network information service, the access to be employed has transformed from traditional recruitment to network recruitment which can offer employment information services specially. For college graduates as the most part of the job hunters, it is difficult for them to hunt suitable jobs without enough social and practical experience. The present websites where employment information is provided are mostly for all the people, seldom specially for college graduates. Therefore, the construction for college graduates employment network information service model is pressing. Based on the research of inland and foreign college graduates employment network information service, the purpose of the paper is to find the problems existing in such service and combine the analysis result of such service demand with its final purpose to build the network information service model of college graduates being employed. The contents of the paper are mainly as follows: Firstly, the problems existed in such service are proposed based on the research of relative theory for employment information service and on the service of inland and foreign college graduates employment information service. Secondly, through the research of college graduates with different levels, the demand of network information service from college graduates will be found. Combined with the analysis of website service functions, contents and strategies, it is confirm the content of such service. Furthermore, it is to build the network information service model by the top-down hierarchical designing idea and the latest Data Mining technology. Lastly, the model of the security system will be raised in order to make sure to realize such service.
