ABSTRACT
With the development of our national economy and science and technology, especially the speedy development of computer technology, automatic control technology, communication technology, network technology and information technology, people have increasing demands for the security and comfort the living, study and work environment could offer.
College teaching buildings, on the one hand, are supposed to provide a secure, comfortable and convenient teaching and learning environment for both teachers and students. On the other hand, they are also required to be streamlined in terms of its operation management. This paper discussed the research and application of the technology of intellectualized management and monitoring system of good-sized teaching buildings. The intellectualized monitoring system designed and applied in the paper is capable of detecting and controlling the interior temperature and humidity, fire detection and interior floodlight controlling. The system is composed of sensor circuit, modulus conversion circuit, master SCM and implementing bodies. The operation of monitoring and controlling of the teaching building is carried out through the real time data acquisition of the environmental parameters of the teaching building, real time data curve depicting, record data curve display, real time control parameter revision with the help of the epigyny software of the VB6.0. Fuzzy control algorithm is applied to take the control of the interior temperature and humidity due to the difficulties of setting up precise mathematical models and unsatisfied controlling effects obtained through conventional control algorithm.
