I万方数据 I 万方数据 摘要 随着国家电力体制改革的不断深入,电力部门为解决“一户一表”制带来的巨额工作 量,近年来研究出一种高效率、低成本且极具实用性的抄表系统,即:低压集中抄表系统。 系统采用三层构造模式,利用多种通信技术进行数据传输,具有电能量数据采集、数据集 中处理、业务输出使用及应用系统间共享等功能。系统建成投运后大大提高了对低压用电 客户的抄表执行效率,保证了用户电能表数据抄取的准确性和完整率,提升了供电企业的 整体服务水平。 本文在对低压集中抄表系统总体运行现状进行了系统分析的基础上,研究讨论了低压 集中抄表系统的典型构造模式和运行原理,详细介绍了系统各级结构中的几种关键硬件设 备,着重论述了该系统常用的几种通信技术,确立了全载波和半载波相结合作为下行通信 信道最佳选择的结论,并对数据采集设备的配置方案与系统运行维护方法进行了简要的分 析和评价。本文为了解、构建和改进低压集中抄表系统提供了一定的参考。 关键词:低压集中抄表系统;无线公网;载波通信 II万方数据 II 万方数据 ABSTRACT With the Deepening of electric power system reform in China, the power sector in order to solve the big load, has developed the centralized Reading System for Low Voltage in recent years, which is high efficiency and low cost and very practical. The system is a three layer model. It uses a variety of communication technology to transfer data. Its features include that data acquisition and data processing, it also can process service and share the data to the other system. After the system was built, the efficiency of meter reading will greatly improve. The system ensures the integrity and accuracy of data, and enhance the service level of electric power enterprise. This article analyses the Operation status of the system first, and then discusses the typical tectonic pattern and the operation principle of the system. This article also introduces several key hardware devices and common communication technology. It establishes the conclusion that two kinds of carrier mode can be the best choice for downlink communication channel. Finally it analyses the configuration of equipment, introduces and appraises the operation and maintenance method of system. This paper can help people to understand the centralized Reading System for Low Voltage, it’s also benefit to people to construct and improve the system.
