Advances in Social Sciences 社会科学前沿, 2018, 7(5), 617-623 Published Online May 2018 in Hans. /journal/ass /10.12677/ass.2018.75094 A Fine Analysis of Drunken Driving Offence —Taking Shanghai as an Example Xin Zhang School of Social Management, East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai th th th Received: Apr. 26 , 2018; accepted: May 10 , 2018; published: May 17 , 2018 Abstract Using stata software to analyze dangerous driving crime cases of drunken type in Shanghai, we can observe that the amount of the fine has no significant correlation with age, time of the crime, de- fense, and truthful confession or candor. It is important to note that the amount of the fine also has no significant correlation with types of car. The fine amount is mainly related to the alcohol con- centration, the term of criminal detention and the application of probation. On this basis, I found that the influence of alcohol concentration on the amount of the fine was influenced by the me- diating effect of the term of criminal detention.
