Methods 150 patients with ureteral calculi who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and they were allocated to two groups according to admission sequence, with 75 in each. Patients who received routine nursing were set as the control group while those who received comfortable nursing were set as the experimental group. Nursing effects of patients with ureteral calculi in two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After receiving different nursing methods, improvements of SAS score and SDS score of patients in the experimental group were significantly better and proportion of postoperative pains were significantly lower compared with the control group. Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher. Data between two groups were tested by statistical tools and the difference was statistically significant (P0. 05) . Conclusion Comfortable nursing in application of patients with ureteral calculi during peri operative period has an ideal effect. It can not only improve bad moods of patients but also nursing satisfaction with our hospital.
