? ? ? 天津工业大学 ? 毕业设计（论文） ? ? 题目：小型流态化单体速冻机设计 ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 姓 名： 学 院： 专 业： 指导教师： 职 称： ? ? 2014年6月5日 摘 要 根据设计任务书的要求,本设计说明书针对小型流态化单体速冻机的设计及其传动系统、电控系统、制冷系统的设计进行说明。主要内容包括小型流态化单体速冻机库体部分设计、支撑部分设计、进出货栏部分设计、所需电机、蒸发器、风机型号以及附属设备的选择、传动系统和电控系统设计。 设计说明书主要包括小型流态化单体速冻机整体设计和控制系统（传动系统、制冷系统、电控系统等）两部分。小型流态化单体速冻机整体设计主要是库体部分、支撑部分、进出货栏部分和蒸发器部分。根据需要，选择所需参数来进行尺寸计算和型号选择等，从而画出装配图。控制系统则根据冻结能力、冻结时间、耗冷量和焓差等来进行设计。此外，根据不同需求可以设计出不同冻结能力的流态化式单体速冻机。 关键词：小型流态化单体速冻机；整体结构；传动系统；电控系统； ABSTRACT According to the requirements of the design task, the design specification for the design of the miniature fluidized IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) machine, transmission system, electric control system and refrigeration system is explained. The main part of the design includes the miniature fluidized IQF hangar body, supporting part, part of stock bar and ship bar, select the models of desired motor, evaporator, blower and ancillary equipment, the design of the transmission systems and the electric control system. The design specification includes the miniature fluidized IQF machine overall design and the control systems (transmission system, cooling system, electric control system, etc. ) in two parts. The whole miniature fluidized IQF machine is designed primarily body portion, supporting portion, portion of stock bar and ship bar, and evaporator portion. If necessary, select the desired parameters to calculate the size and select the model, which draw assembly drawing. The control system is based on the freeze ability, freeze time, cooling consumption and enthalpy poor to design. In addition, according to the different needs can be designed in different freeze ability of miniature fluidized IQF machine.
