钢带缠绕预应力模具张力分析与试验研究验值与理论计算值进行比较,以验证缠绕张力理论公式的正确性。结果表明本文建立 钢带缠绕预应力模具张力分析与试验研究 验值与理论计算值进行比较,以验证缠绕张力理论公式的正确性。结果表明本文建立 的缠绕张力公式计算方法是可行的,可为钢带缠绕预应力模具设计提供理论依据。 关键词:模具;钢带;缠绕:预应力;缠绕张力 lI Research Research on Tension Force Analysis and Experiment Study of Strip—Wound Prestressed Die Abstract In modem manufacturing industry,die technology is a primary indicator that judges the level of manufacturing.Die manufactured products characterized by high accuracy, high complexity and high consistency,are superior to the products manufactured by other production production methods.During the process of cold·extruding,cold·for#ng and diamond synthesis,the die cavity bears high temperature and high pressure,the die bearing capacity is therefore strictly expected.Owing to the limited tensile strength,the die material is not able to bear the working tangential tension stress,if ordinary integral die is used,which leads to cracks and final failure,or excessive cavity deforming and bad accuracy contr01.The strength and stiffness of dies could be improved by the following two ways:(1).employing high-strength materials to improve the material characteristics; (2).modifying the structure to decrease the working stress level and improve the performance of die.Existing studies show that increasing the cavity thickness has limited effects on improvement of the strength and stiffness if the die material is selected.The most effective method is to adopt the technology of prestress intensifying.Radial prestress on external surface of die reduces the destroying of the tangential tension and the maximum shearing stress co a great extent. Strip-wound prestressed die adopts thin steel strip of high-strength to wind around the die.The radial prestress created by winding tension force could counteract the tangential tension stress caused by intemal working pressure.Therefore,the optimal prestress distribution of die core and steel strip layers could improve the strength and stiffnes
