英文摘要Abstract 英文摘要 Abstract Now,steel structure house has been used widely in the Occident,but the application of it in our country is in the primary stage，the present design method is inconvenient and complex，the study on optimal design is inadequate and the relevant projects are also few。On the other hand，as a new kind ofhadustries in our country,the application ofsteel structure house is restricted because people t11ink the cost of it is expensive。For this，in this paper,some computer-based methods are presented for optimal design of multi-story steel framework c,By using these methods we Call reduce the cost ofsteel structure house and generalize the application ofit。 This paper summarizes the developing situation of steel structure house in china and other countries；analyses the present design situation of steel framework；clarifies the signification of developing the study On optimal design of steel framework and expatiates the design theory of steel structure。The complex method is introduced and homologous compute program is derived in this paper and FEM optimal technique based on Parameter Design Langnage(APDL)in software ANSYS is described in detail。Binding the practice， taking steel weight as objective function,this paper adopt the complex method and the finite element optimal technique in software ANSYS respectively to design sectional dimension of multi·story steel framework member and find the relation between iterative time and steel weight and sectional dimension。On this foundation,optimum design scheme is given and some valuable results are obtained。The results show that the optimum design scheme accords with structure design principle and the volume and the stress of structure is better compared with old design scheme。We Call optimize structure and reduce weight and cost of steel structure by using three kind of methods presented in this paper and these methods all have referenced value for engineering designn Furthermore，the flexibility ofthese method
