In addition, according to the statistics, fancy yarns show great potential in fast reaction market of multi-variety and small batch. In the entire international textile market, the development and application of fancy yarn also presents a broad space for development. This paper mainly focuses on the research on the multicomponent spinning technology for fancy yarns. And the main work finished is as follows: Based on the coupling drafting equipment for spinning frame, a color-mixing theoretical model of three primary colors which are yellow, red, and blue for three back rollers which are fed separately with rough yarns of three colors (cyan, magenta and yellow) in accordance with adjustable proportion is proposed. combining the yarn feeding proportion, the computing method for the relevant RGB value under the conversion of RGB space model is obtained. In accordance with the drafting equipment for coupling draft spinning frame and other required drive devices for spinning frame, set up the control system of ring coupling draft spinning frame by adopting the control mode of PLC combination touch-screen and the servo drive technology of independent drive and cooperative control by several servo motors and variable frequency drive technology. The system is composed by two parts, namely control hardware. Based on MyEclipse d
