Ring spinning technology has been developed over a hundred years, have a good adaptability to the yarn, especially the clear advantage in the production of super fine yarn,and still dominates in the current spinning industry. Currently various manufacturers and universities, research institutes made larger to improve and enhance on the ring spinning machine,It features exhibits machine long, high-speed, large drawing, automation, and intelligent features such as continuous. Nowadays, research dedicated ring-type electric spindle spinning drive technology is becoming very hot. but the superiority of the motor body or not directly affect the quality of the performance of the motor control system. In this paper, we developed a high-speed low-power brushless DC motor to the motor design task book. Methods conventional motor design is based on empirical parameters design engineers calculated the way law, the method developed by the motor design, it’s performance requirements of performance greater than the actual deviation.We introduced electrical CAD system based on digital technology. Analysising the structure size and performance parameters of each permanent magnet brushless DC motor and optimize them.
