摘要摘 摘要 摘 要 钢结构产业是一个新型产业，由于工程本身具有结构性能好、安全系数高， 并且施工过程较快的优点，被广泛运用到当前建筑行业中。钢结构工程项目的 质量管理随着钢结构的兴起，也越来越引起业界的重视，相关专家学者运用不 同的研究方法，从不同的角度对钢结构工程项目质量进行控制分析，取得了一 定的成果。 本文通过分析钢结构工程质量管理发展的现状，结合相关专家的研究成果 与理论方法，从钢结构工程建设的五大参建主体即业主单位、勘察设计单位、 监理单位、施工单位和政府质量监督与检测部门入手，对钢结构工程的质量管 理与控制进行深入的研究与分析，建立了钢结构工程全面质量管理体系。同时， 在该全面质量管理体系的基础上，运用层次分析法确定该体系内相关因素的权 重，运用模糊数学评价方法对钢结构工程质量进行评价，确定钢结构工程项目 的质量等级。 本文以某钢结构厂房工程项目的实例，对文中所建立的质量管理与控制体 系进行分析与运用，通过对原始数据的边界化处理后运用相关数学方法进行评 价计算，得出该钢结构厂房工程项目的整体质量为优秀。工程实例表明，本文 方法对钢结构工程项目的质量管理控制与评价起到了很大的现实意义。 关键词：钢结构 质量控制 评价体系 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract The steel industry is a new industry structure．Because the proj ect itself has better performance，higher safety,lower cost，and faster construction process，it is widely applied to the current construction industry．Thr steel structure project quality management rises with the steel，and it is drawn increasing attention to the industry, the relevant expels and scholars USe different research methods and from different angles to analysis the steel project quality control，making out some results． This paper analyzes the development of steel structure engineering quality and the status of quality management，combined谢tll some expeas research and theoretical methods，from five main steel constructions，which iS owners of units， survey and design units，supervision units，construction units and the government of Quality Supervision and Inspection departments，it is start to research and analysis in-depth the steel structure of quality management and control，and to establishment a comprehensive quality management system of steel structures．Meanwhile，it is on the comprehensive quality management system and based on the AHP factors within the system to determine the weight evaluation，and use fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the quality of the steel structure to determine the quality and grade of the steel structure project． Taking a steel plant project examples，this paper analysis and applied the established quality management and contr
