论文摘要 随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对于建筑结构抗震水平的需求 日益增强。传统的抗震分析与设计方法在结构抗震设计中的局限性越来越明显， 在这种情况下，地震工程界的相关研究人员在积极寻求着新的、。更为合理的结构 抗震设计方法。本文即结合耗能能减震控制技术的研究成果，对能量分析与设计 方法在耗能减震结构设计中的应用进行了研究。 本文在总结了目前国内外能量理论与能量分析设计方法的基础上，从能量平 衡的概念和原理出发，阐明了基于能量概念的耗能减震结构破坏准则，从逐步的 分析中，说明了在结构分析设计中采用以能量为基础的分析与设计方法的优越性 与必要性。本文根据不同类别的耗能器的恢复力特性，阐明了各类耗能器的能量 计算方法，并给出了能量计算公式。本文编制了适用于传统结构和耗能减震结构 的能量计算分析程序，通过???例分析结果的对比，验证了程序的可靠性。通过对 算例的分析，阐明了能量分析方法的优点所在，并得到了相应的结论。在此基础 上进一步结合耗能减震结构的破坏准则，以及现行的抗震规范，本文对耗能减震 结构的能量设计与分析方法进行了研究，并最终提出了一套系统的耗能减震结构 的能量设计方法。 关键词： 耗能减震结构 能量设计方法 耗能器能量计算麓量分析程序 恢复力模型  ABSTRACT With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards of the people，there is an ever-growing demand for higher aseismic level．Traditional analysis and design method show obvious limitation aseismie design of structure．In this case，researchers in the area of earthquake engineering are looking for the more reasonable design method of structure．Therefore，combined with achievements in energy dissipation control techniques，this paper researches how to apply the analysis and design method based on energy concept to the design of energy dissipation structures． Based on summing up the present situation on energy theories and energy design methods，proceeding from the concept and principle of energy balance，this paper expounds the aseismic design criteria of passive energy dissipation structure．The validity and superiority of energy method ale also listed through the analysis According to different restoring force characteristic of damper,this thesis expounds the calculation method of energy dissipation of dampers and establishes energy calculation formula．In this paper,a computer program is made to analyze traditional structure and energy dissipation structure’S energy response．Finally，this paper generalizes the design contents and design steps of energy dissipation systems． Key Words：Passive energy dissipation structures，Design method Based energy， Energy dissipation ofdamper，Energy analysis programs，Force—displa
