西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘 要 随着经济全球化和市场化，企业是否应承担社会责任、应承担哪些社会 责任的问题，仍是理论界、管理界、经济学界和企业界争论的焦点。学者就 企业履行社会责任是否会增加成本，影响企业持续发展能力展开讨论。可见 企业履行社会责任与持续发展能力的关系有待深入研究。 本文选择公司社会责任和持续发展能力的关系作为研究对象。在对企业 社会责任和持续发展能力的理论基础进行梳理的基础上，通过利益相关者理 论对企业应该承担的社会责任进行分解，从股东、供应商、员工、政府、社 区生态环境5个方面来研究，并采用主成分分析法构建出持续发展能力的指 标。借助SPSS软件对上市的大型钢铁公司进行研究，分别研究企业不同的 社会责任对持续发展能力的影响以及企业持续发展能力对企业社会责任的 影响。得出的结论是近三年企业履行社会责任对持续发展能力影响显著， 2008年至2010年企业履行对股东的社会责任对持续发展能力影响大，2009 年、2010年对供应商履行社会责任对持续发展能力影响也很大；2010年持 续发展能力与企业履行对投资者的社会责任是正相关的。 关键词：企业社会责任 持续发展能力 钢铁企业 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第ll页 Abstract Along with economic globalization and marketization，whether corporation should bear which society responsibility，that had been the contestable focus of the theory circles，management circles，economic circles and business circles． Scholars are discussing whether corporate social responsibility increases the cost and the influence to corporate sustainable development ability．So the relation of corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainable development need to be further studied． The paper paid attention to the relation of the corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainable development ability．On the basis of the theoretical knowledge of corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainable development ability．The corporate social responsibility is divided．into 5 parts： the shareholders，employees，suppliers，government and the environment of the community based on the stakeholder theory．This paper built sustainable development ability using principal component analysis．At last，with the help of SPSS，it studied the listed large—scale iron and steel industry using empirical methods．The research focused on the effect of corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainable development．The conclusion is that corporate social responsibility affects corporate sustainable development a lot in the past three years．From 2008 to 20 1 0 the responsibility on shareholders has great influ
