辽宁对外经贸学院教学主楼施工规划 摘 要 施工规划是人们为达到建成某一项工程, 通过合理地组织安排, 编制而成的一种包括组织方案、技术方法、工艺选择等施工措施的技术经济文件, 是编制工程造价和指导工程施工的重要依据。它通过解决技术问题, 来达到经济效果。为保证建设项目在一定时间内顺利完工, 且人力、资金、材料、机械能发挥最大效力, 就要求施工单位根据工程的特点、自然条件、资源情况、周围环境等制订详细、周密的施工组织计划, 对工程进行科学、合理地安排, 使之在一定的时间和空间内能有组织、有计划、有秩序地施工, 并达到缩短工期、提高质量、降低成本的目的。所以本施工规划在工程项目建设过程中必须认真地贯彻执行。在对设计图纸的熟悉，以及现场的施工条件的了解的基础上，根据《施工劳动定额》和本公司的实际施工实力，以及现有的施工技术、设备和人员，编写了该工程的施工规划。 关键词：施工方案 资源计划 进度计划 The Construction Planning of Liaoning University of International Business Teaching Building Abstract Construction planning is an important meaning of scientific management of construction activities, it has an important means of strategy and tactics of the dual role.
