ABSTRACTThe ABSTRACT The main characteristic of venture capital，different from general investment，is its property of growing up，which requires venture capital enterprise to conduct a follow-up management upon those being invested，combing the capital and management advantages possessed by investors with the technological advantages owned by those being invested，i．e．initially established enterprises，with the purpose of transferring the latter from low·-valued and high·-risked enterprises to high—valued and mature ones． The follow。up management of venture capital refers to the phase of cultivation management，including formal control and value．added service，practically implemented by professional venture investors．By way of“Coach-Typed”participation and instruction，to a great extent，it could help initially established enterprises overcome defects in managerial experiences，and approach to maturity in aspects of management structure and measures more rapidly． Based on the theory of real option，the paper analyzes the way of thinking and approaches followed in follow-up activities，making it clear that the activities are positively participatory managing process against uncertainty within initially established enterprises，instead of passive mold—typed management process--a comprehensive strategy and approaches penetrating the whole process of management．It is consequently proposed that positively interference follow-up management pattern should be popularized in domestic High—Tech venture venture capital Company，integrating value—added service into supervision in order to bring the managerial advantages of venture investors into full play Case study concerning the investment operation of Hunan Hilgh—Tech Venture and Investment Company as a venture investor is introduced， which elaborates its measures and operational process of follow—up management． KEYWORDS follow-up management， real option， venture capital 原创性声明本人声明，所呈交的学位论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研 原创性声明 本人声明，所呈交的学位论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研 究工
