剂用量为oJ(Sn(Oet)2即.5%,高岭土含量为山(高岭土)=5%,n(-SCO): n(--OH)=2.0:1。此外。高岭土的加入对含酰胺嵌段的聚乳酸的成核作用很 明显,从而有效提高了聚乳酸基/高岭土复合材料的结晶度。高岭土的加入 可以改善复合材料的热稳定性,当高岭土含量小于5%时,聚乳酸基/高岭 土复合材料的起始热分解温度随高岭土含量的增加而升高,继续增加高岭 土含量,聚乳酸基/高岭土复合材料的起始热分解温度下降。高岭土含量为 5%时,在含酰胺嵌段的聚乳酸基体中分散均匀,无明显界限。 关键词:端羟基聚乳酸,聚7,--醇,异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯,高岭土,熔融 ‘ 缩聚‘ II 万方数据 STUDY oN THE PREPARITION AND PRoPERTIES oF KAoLDi HYBRID MoDIFIED HYDRoXYL TERM玎怆TED PoIⅣLACTIC ACID CoMPoSITES ABSTRACT This thesis primarily studied the preparation and properties of the polylactic acid(PLA)modified bY different polyethylene glycols,hydroxyl terminated PLA polymerized with isophorone diisocyanate(口DI)chain extender and PLA/kaolin composites. Selecting a series of polyethylene glycol PEG-600,PEG-800,PEG-I 000船 hydroxyl terminated modifier,reacting with lactide under a certain pressure,and choosing Sn(Oet)2懿a catalyst,the hydroxyl-terminated polymers encoded舔 PLE(扣600, PLEG-800,PLEG-1 000, which were synthesized through temperature control method.These copolymers were characterized by GPC, FT-IR,1H-NM&DSC,XRD,TGA and contact angle test.m optimum technological conditions of terminal modification reaction ale as follow:the polymerization temperature Was 1 60(2,the polymerization time Was 8 h,the reaction system pressure was 0.095 MPa,the amount of sn(Oct)2 is O.5%,the amount of PEG is 0.1%,the biggest molecular weight㈣of PLEG is up to 23940.Besides,the incorporation of PEG had a certain plasticizing effect.It improved the brittleness、the hydrophilicity and the crystatlinity of the PLA effectively,and enhanced the machinability of PLA.Among the prepared samples,the hydrophilic property of PLEG-800 is the best,the contact angle of water on the surface is 69。.
