精品 义煤集团千秋煤矿21201工作面防灭火设计 摘要:煤炭作为基础能源在各国的能源消费中占有较大的比重,在经济增长中具有不可替代的地位。随着煤矿机械化水平提高,开采速度加快,引起采空区遗煤增多和面积扩大,使得采空区煤炭自燃隐患更加突出,矿井火灾呈现上升的趋势。本设计是针对义马煤业(集团)有限责任公司千秋煤矿21201工作面自然发火初步设计。 治理煤炭自燃火灾的关键技术是精确确定地下火源位置和范围,它为制定灭火方案提供了科学的依据。本文从煤炭自燃的机理入手,分析了大面积采空区煤炭自燃火灾的特点,选择了综合灭火方案,即注水+注浆+注氮+三相泡沫,通过本方案的设计和计算,为千秋煤矿21201工作面防灭火提供科学依据,为成功的控制了采面火灾提供指导。本设计研究可延伸到所有类似矿井自燃火灾的设计和防治,对保障矿井安全生产有着重要意义。 关键词:自然发火;灌浆系统;注氮系统;三相泡沫;矿井火灾 The Design of Anti-fire on the 21201 Work Face in Qianqiu Coal Miner in Yuma Coal Industry Company Abstract: As a basic energy, coal has a large proportion in the national energy consumption and has an irreplaceable position in economic growth. With the mechanization level of coal rising, and the speed of mining accelerating, the number of the coal left has increased and the size has expanded, the hidden danger spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf has been more outstanding, and the mine fire takes on a rising trend. The design is the preliminary design aimed at the spontaneous combustion of the work face in Yuma Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. The key technology of controlling the Spontaneous combustion of coal fire is to accurately determine the location and the extent the source of the fire on the ground floor, which provides a scientific basis for making the fire-fighting program. Based on the mechanism of spontaneous combustion of coal, this paper analyses the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion fire in the large area goaf, chooses a comprehensive fire-fighting program, that is, watering and grouting and nitrogen and three-phase foam, through the design and calculation of the program, provides a scientific basis for Qinqiu Coal Mine on 21201 work face to fight fire, and provide guidance for the successful control of the fire on mining face. This design can be extended to all the design and control similar spontaneous combustion fire in the mine, and have great significance for protecting the safety of the mine production.
