某钻孔卧式组合机床多轴箱设计 摘要 本课题设计了某零件钻孔工位移动工作台卧式组合机床多轴箱。在设计中，根据被加工的零件图计算确定了箱体的尺寸大小，通过钻孔工序切削用量的确定，再计算出钻孔工序的切削参数，进而计算动力参数，由动力参数选择了动力箱。然后制定传动方案。根据传动方案及设计需求选定所用的轴、轴承、齿轮、油泵和其它与之配套的零件，并计算出主轴和传动轴的坐标。最后对本设计选用的轴、轴承、齿轮进行了校核。通过本设计实现钻孔在同一机床上加工，同时使用多把刀具并在几个方面对工件进行加工，达到较高的工序集中程度，从而获得较高的生产率。 多轴箱是组合机床的核心部件。它是选用通用零件，按专用要求进行设计的，在组合机床设计的过程中，是工作量较大的部件之一。它是根据工序图和加工示意图所确定的工件加工孔的数量和位置，切削用量和主轴类型设计的传递各主轴运动的动力部件。其动力来自通用的动力箱，与动力箱一起安装于进给滑台，可完成钻，绞等加工工序。本设计可实现了多孔的一次加工完成，提高了工作效率。 关键词：组合机床；多轴箱；钻孔；齿轮；轴  Abstract This subject has certain parts design of drilling horizontal combination machine tools moving workbench workstation Multi-axle Box.
