Security management of student dormitories bears on security of student’s life and property. Security situation of Student dormitories, which relates to the normal living and teaching order of a school as well as collegial and social stability, has been caused wide public concern. Safe and high-efficient management doesn’t only need excellent management team and perfect management regulations but also a good excellent management system which can get twice the result with half the effort. Considering fully the specific requirement of student dormitories management, the paper proposes a construction Scheme of student dormitories management system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) incorporated with multimedia video monitor technology.
