Technologying management in the network has become a trend in colleges and universities electronic reading room ,as the forefront of new IT is bound to the networking and electronic. To the difficulties in this stage colleges and universities faced in the Electronic reading room, the auther designed the online booking system for electronic reading room. The article introduces the structures and main functions of the system, describing the reading room appointment methed, expatiating the use and technology of some key functional modules.
