Abstract
Today, the consumption of energy is in growing with the development of social economy and the rising of the level of peoples life. Leading to the sharp decrease of oil,coal and other non-renewable resources and serious environment pollution . Use of renewable resources, improve the energy structure, reduce the pollution of the environment, has become a global energy industry attention a hot issue. Wind energy is a kind of green, clean renewable energy, and wind energy reserves is very rich and inexhaustible. At present, the countries around the world are to speed up the pace of wind power generators research, and has introduced the first technical equipment. In our country, the airfoil type of research has remained at ordinary aerofoil stage that the new wing type very little. Due to lack of the new wind turbine airfoil geometric parameters and aerodynamic performance parameters , directly suppresses the development of the large wind turbine blades aerodynamic design .
The blade is the core component of wind power generators, the materials of the blade , the airfoil design and structure of the blade direct influence on the develop and efficiency of the wind power equipment performance. The pneumatic generator design theory of the blade is based on the aerodynamic theory in the wings. The classical design theory include Betz theory , simplify the windmill theory, momentum theory, Wilson aerodynamic design theory and Glauert theory.
Choosing different airfoil and obtaining the blade optimization geometric parameters through using air dynamics calculation method;Different airfoil blades are accurately modeled with 3-D software of SolidWorks. Flow simulation analysis is finished on the software of SolidWorks Flow Simulation and discussing the results of the analysis. In the same conditions, Simulating the blades of different airfoil, and the comparison of the stress of the situation between the blades of the same geometrical parameters but different airfoils ,
