PAGE 第 PAGE I 页 某花园洋房配电及照明系统设计 设计总说明 建筑电气是现代建筑物不可缺少的重要组成部分, 也是现代建筑的重要标志，其发展依赖于建筑技术和电气技术的发展。住宅楼的建筑电气设计，一般以具体建筑条件为设计背景，参照相关建筑电气设计规范进行设计。在建筑设计中应贯彻执行国家的技术经济政策，做到安全可靠、经济合理、技术先进、整体美观、维护管理方便。 本次设计以某花园洋房单元楼为设计对象。本建筑物为三类多层住宅，两个单元，地下1层、地上6层。依据《建筑工程设计文件编制深度规定》进行施工图深度设计。本次设计仅设计配电系统和照明插座系统，采用必威体育精装版的设计规范为依据，对低压配电系统、照明插座系统统一进行了系统的设计。其中配电系统主要包括供电接地方式、负荷等级的确定及负荷计算，并依据负荷计算结果确定导线截面、型号和断路器等配电设备的选型；照明插座系统主要包括灯具布置、插座数量及位置的确定。 本次设计共完成图纸9幅，包括施工设计总说明及图例（1张）、配电系统图及接线图(1张)、地下室照明插座平面图(1张)、一层照明插座平面图(1张)、二层照明插座平面图(1张)、三层照明插座平面图(1张)、四层五层照明插座平面图(1张)，六层照明插座平面图(1张)，跃层照明插座平面图(1张)。 关键词：花园洋房,配电系统,照明插座 A Garden Villa Power Distribution and Lighting System Design Design Description Constucion electricity is an important and indispensable component of the modern buildings, is also an important symbol of modern architecture and its development relies on building technology and electrical technology.Residence building electricity design, general with concrete building condition for design background, according to related building electricity design the norm carry on a design.
