The mycjlium of PkHron岱加卅Dr could produce extracellular phenol oxidase.From the point of economical view,PDA was the most suitable first-dass isolate cuhure medium for州e“ro础5 《尬用or.The optimum temperature for the growth ofhyphae was 25℃~28℃,the opfimum pH is 6~7. 5 kiIlds of IiquidⅡledia were used in the cultIlring of second-dass isolate.Throu曲me contrasts on fhe hyphae mass of liquid isolate,hyphae’s伊owth condition aIld days of oVergrowing the nutrient nuid,concluded that me optimum liquid media for f沁“rDm5面口ⅢDr werc cornmeal—dextrose-peptone and bran—dextrose-peptone media,mycelia could over掣ow the nutdent fIuid in 7 days.
