THE THE DEVELoPMENT AND RESEARCH oF ELECTRoNIC CoNTROL AND SUPPljy PUMP OF GD.1 HIGH PRESSURE COMMON RAIL FUEL lNJECTlON SYSTEM ABSTRACT As an effective and direct technology for vehicle diesel to meet stringent emission regulations and to improve fuel economy,driving safety and driving power,the electronic—controlled common rail(C鼬fuel injection technology has been the latest developing trend of future diesel technology and the researching hotspot for famous diesel producers all over the world.GD-1 is one of the high—pressure CR systems,which are developing independently in China.This paper describes the rese{/rch works on system design,development of ECU hardware and software,fuel quantity control strategy,supply pump and experiment ofGD·1 high-pressure CR system. 1.In this paper,the latest general situation and trend of electronic—controlled high- pressure fuel injection at home and abroad had been analyzed comprehensively and systemically.According to the technical parameters of the YC6112 vehicle diesel,the design of the GD一1 high—pressure CR system and parameters of parts had been determined: 2.The GD一1 high—pressure CR.electronic control unit(ECU)with complete functions,considering Diesel and vehicle performance control,had been successfully designed and developed firstly in China.The ECU hardware that used the 32一bit integrated, intelligent micro—controller MC68332 had high data manipulation.With electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)design method,the PCB system circuits which have strong anti— interruption had been designed and made.The hierarchical module structure method had been used to design the control software.According to control sequence and parameter characteristics,the program had been compiled with standard C program language and assembly language,and real time management had been made,so the calculating speed of the program had been greatly improved.Then the synthetical and flexible control of CR pressure,injection quantity and injection liming
