M哐THoDS: 1.GEN-M-NPS were prepared by the emulsion/polymer cross-linking technique. the.morphology and size of nanoparticles were observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM);m loading rate and embedding ratio were confirmed by ultraviolet-spectrophotometer. 2.SGC一790 1 cells in logarithmic growth phase were treated with various concentrations of GEN-M-NPS and Genistein, MTT assay Was used to examine the inhibition mte through the absorbency of 24h,48h, and 72 h. 3.After 7901 cells were disposed by(讵N-M-NPS at different concentrations for 72h,the cellular apoptosis rate was quantified by flow cytometry.DNA fragmentation Was evaluated by agarose gel electrophoresis at the level of drug concentration(40rtrnol厂L).
