桂林工学院硕士学位论文Abstract 桂林工学院硕士学位论文 Abstract HiglI—iron gibbsite of Ouangxi·which WaS first found in the 1980s,is new type of mineral resources with huge potential for comprehensive utilization.This kind of mineral is widespread in the region of Nanning, Guigang and Chongzuo.The total mineral resource is about one billion tons.As China lacks of iron and aluminum ores,the research of high-iron gibbsite of Guangxi has caused people to pay attention.The project ”Industrial Test about the Comprehensive Utilization of High-iron Cnbbsite of GlIangxi。was classified Guungxi key project of industrial test in 2005.Our college took park in the project research,in charge of studying raw materials,intermediate products and final products,and comprehensive utilization of smelting slag.This paper carried out the determination of major and minor elements in high·iron gibbsite by ICP-AES, the analysis of iron and steel materials by solid sampling.In the same time,the testing of high·iron gibbsite of Guangxi by SSEA--ICP-AES has been explored. About solution samples,a full咖dy of high-iron gibbsite of Guangxi and refined products,by ICP-AES analysis,has not been reported currently.According to the high·iron-silicon characteristic of gibbsite of Guangxi,this paper studied the full sample decomposition by alkali·flux methods.With the simulation of the analytical element concentration,a standard solution was prepared,which Was applied to optimizing the parameters of ICP-AES:plasma RF power,nebulizing gas flow,pump rate,integra曲n tin--it plasma gas flow, washing time.The interference factors were studied and it Was found that there Was determination interference among elements in the suitable diluted solution.A method of the determination of major and minor elements in high-iron gibbsite by ICP-AES WaS cstablishcd.The advantages of this method。such勰low detection limit,high precision,good accuracy and analytical叩ecdwe北found.The analytical results were proved to meet the need of the daily an
