CURVE FITTING OF THE PRESSURE SENSOR BASED ON VERILOG ABSTRACT With the advances in social development, industrial sensors in the field of science and technology, industrial and agricultural production and daily life to play an increasingly important role. In a variety of sensor applications, often to deal with the measurement data of the sensor in order to ensure the reliability of measurement results. Analyze and process the sensor output data, you can study the development trend of the sensor performance as well as input. The sensor data processing method is the curve fitting method. Sensor data fitting there are many ways in which least-squares method is commonly used methods, it is characterized by simple in principle, and the calculation is simple and suitable for most pressure sensor data. This paper uses this method to achieve the measured sensor data to fit. Paper first outlines the characteristics and development status of sensors, analysis of the data fitting methods, and comparison of the least-squares fitting method and the segmentation, according to their respective characteristics, combined with the measured data, select the appropriate sensor data to fit. Data fitting section briefly describes the fitting circuit chips required, as well as the addition and multiplication circuit, and hardware to achieve the function. Software part of the actual measurement of the pressure sensor data were fitted using the Modelsim Verilog HDL language environment program verification, and comparison with the original measurement data, calculation errors. Finally, curve fitting technique is extended to other areas, applied to the prediction of the actual sensor data measurements, as well as solar photovoltaic array generating capacity, to achieve the purpose of curve fitting techniques applied in other areas.
