Abstract
Wakame breeding and processing of Dalian is traditional industry.Nearly three decades, Dalian wakame breeding and processing technology has become more sophisticated,stable, breeding area gradually expanded,increasing the number of small farmers.But industrial structure past patterns remain virtually unchanged.Has long been to the rough-based products
is relatively stable,less product variety and quality of innovation.Although the number of
occupied breeding great power status,but the industrial added value,industrial efficiency is much lower than in Japan,South Korea.Lack of domestic market development,over-reliance on exports,and export customers lower prices in order to win another,disorderly competition, leading to Dalian seaweed industry in recent years declining prices,many manufacturers already face closure crisis.Wakame product itselfis a huge potential ofmarine health food,but
for now,the status quo of this industry is at stake.
H is the seaweed industrys leading enterprises,whether export or domestic sales, production and sales are ranked first in Dalian.With the decline in the effectiveness of exports in recent years,H company had to pay attention to and develop the domestic market,as well as to develop more in·depth wakame innovation and deep processing ofthe road.In the future,the need to preserve and consolidate the existing market share,but also open up new marketing through innovative marketing channels will have competitive products to market,for a broader market space,to achieve the company steadily rapid development.
