RESEARCH AND REALIZATION OF PRODUCT CONFIGURATIONS SYSTERM BASED ON WEB ABSTRACT With the rapid development of network technology, network management is becoming more and more important. Therefore, the intelligent configuration management, Web technology being used in network management is an ideal solution of network management technology. The research of configuration Method is one of the hot contents of PDM system. On the basis of research on the existing key technology about product configuration, the paper has discussed how to establish the product configuration platform under the environment of network, and described some of the network supporting technology, this paper proposed architecture of product configuration platform, and the system of intelligent product configuration method that basis on dynamical database of web is also proposed. According to the requirement analysis of system, function modules of product configuration platform are divided, and the realization method of each module and operation interface are described specifically. This article described the method of product configuration principles, take crusher as an example, presented the product configuration process in detail. On the condition of distributed network environment, products configuration group can achieve real-time exchange and make full use of enterprise available resources, it will improve efficiency, shorten cycle, and reduce cost. Therefore, the technology of products configuration basis on web is an essential method for industry’s transformation from traditional manufacturing to information manufacturing and improves market competitiveness.
