广东工业大学硕士学位论文ABSTRUCT 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRUCT With the development of economy globalization,Chinese auto industry has made rem破able achievements.Domestic automobile production and marketing showed a steady growth,and ranked first in the world for 6 consecutive years.Automotive industry and its related industries have become one of the pillar industries in China,as an important basic industry of national economic and social development· Hulnan resources as a driving force for the resource integration and application of the enterprise is generally considered to be the core resources to stimulate sustained economic growth and sustainable development of enterprises.Human resource management configuration has become an important issue in human resource management.With the aggravation of the competition of the global market,the challenge and the pressure of the automobile manufacturing enterprises are becoming more and more serious.Most of the automobile manufacturing enterprise has transformed single species,large quantities,slow rhythm from variety,small batch,and fast rhythm of elastic and lean production mode change.Thus requirements of human resources is becoming more and more flexible and diversified,especially proposed new requirements to first.1ine production staff configuration and optimization.The level of human resources allocation efficiency will directly affect not only the utilization rate of human resources but also the enterprise’S investment income.
