武汉理工大学硕士学位论文AB 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 AB STRACT With the impmvement of living standard and development of technological level， the traditional ceramic production lines can not meet the requirements of production， most of ceramic production line use the complete set of professional equipment based mainly on auto．contr01．In this dissertation,according tO the requirements of oxygen．enriched ceramic kiln control system and the status of the existing control system，master computer control system software which consists of Real-time monitoring and health monitoring，has been designed based on to oxygen·enriched ceramic心1Il test platform． The quality of the ceramic product depends on many factors．At the sintering phase，the two main factors that decide the product quality are temperature and ambience．The temperature is expected to follow the sintering curve strictly and the ambience to remain at the expectation proportion．Moreover,fumace equipment security and tenure issues should be considered，thus the real-time monitoring Can eBsRres the normal operation of the kiln and enables the engineers and technicians to get t11e real-time health condition of也e l(iln．As soon as any damage OCCurS，the engineers and technicians will be warned to maintain and repair the kiln and remove the troubles immediately． The ceramic kiln consists of a large number of devices whose parameters need to be watched and regulated during the sintering process．The process parameters must be under the surveillance of the operators all the time and should be adjusted immediately when needed to．They also need to be archived for analyse use．In this dissertation，ADO is used to archive these things．The above problems requires the monitor system which is able to perform the data sampling，data display and parameter setting simultaneously,at the same time，it need to finish alarming as soon as any damage occurs． Considering the above problems，all integrated solution is proposed in the dissertation，the main work and achievem
