提出了分析测试操作中的注意事项。关键词:松香 提出了分析测试操作中的注意事项。 关键词:松香 改性松香 松香甘油酯 氢化松香甘油酯 金属离子 ICP.AES STUDY STUDY ON THE METALLIC IoN CONTENT TESTING IN THE ROSIN AND ITS MODlFIED PRODUCTS BY ICP.AES ABSTRACT Quality test standards for rosin and its modified products were introduced in this paper,meanwhile,test methods and research situation for major technical requkemems of rosin and its modified products,such as color,acid number, resin acid and metal ion content were summarized,and it Was suggested that the test methods of resin acid and metal ion comem should be added in relevant standards as well.Rosin and its modified products are essential industrial products and daily chemicals,which are divided into food grade and industrial grade.At present,it’S the global trend and hot point that people should focus on food safety,advocation for environmental friendly production and try to avoid harm from metallic ions.To sum up,it is important to carry out this study for science and practice. The method for detecting the content of the trace metallic ion in rosin and its modified products was investigated,and the experimental procedure and the method for pretreatment were determined,the mixing standard solution of Fe, Cu,Zn,AI,Pb,Ni,as well as standard solutions ofPb,Fe,and Zn were prepared.The contents oftrace elements ofFe,A1,Zn,Cu,Pb,Ni and Pd in the rosin and its modified products were determined by ICP——AES,and the 1II sample sample was pretreated by the dry ashing method.The optimal conditions have been obtained as follows:RF power 1 3 00W,the flow rate of atomizer 0.70L/min, sample uptake 2.00mL/min,the flow rate of auxiliary gas 0.20L/min,and plasma flow rate 1 5L/min.The detection limits were O.0002—旬.006mg/L,and the recovery rates were 90.8 1%一l 02.92%,the relative standard devimion was less than 1.05%.This method proved to be simple,rapid,accurate,less environment contamination,could determine many elements simultaneously, and some points for attention were also proposed in analy
