Purpose:This study aims to design and synthesize some new compounds.We hope that these compounds are capable of liver cancer and hepatitis viruses play a therapeutic role. Experimental Design and Methods:In this experiment,a total of 1 2 compounds were synthesized,including 1 1 new derivatives.Measured two tumor cell lines(HuH-7 cell lines and HepG2 cell lines)to the drug sensitivity and inhibition rate by MTT assay.
