广东工业大学硕士学位论文对于纸质文献脱酸过程中字迹材料出现溶解、扩散的问题,本文创新性地提出了 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 对于纸质文献脱酸过程中字迹材料出现溶解、扩散的问题,本文创新性地提出了 将纺织染整技术中用到的固色剂用于纸张脱酸过程中可溶性染料字迹的加固,并将超 临界二氧化碳应用于水溶性染料字迹的脱酸与增强,得到了令人满意的结果。 关键词:纸张脱酸;六亚甲基四胺;超临界二氧化碳;整本处理;固色剂;pH值;机 械强度 II 万方数据 AbstractFor Abstract For decades,paper deacidification technology,which is all important method to literature protection,is being concemed.However,traditional deacidifying agent and treatment would damage paper performance,such aS tensile strength,cellulose combination, color and handwriting.The purpose of this paper is trying to fmd a suitable deacidifying agent,which not only Can thoroughly remove the acid substance,but also Can enhance the mechanical properties and extend the paper life;trying to take advantage of supercritical C02 in maSs deacidification;trying to seek a proper solution to solve the dissolve phenomena of water-sensitive handwriting. Deacidification effect of hexamethylene tetramine(HMT)WaS studied by single factor experiment,which treated paper by taking different process,concentration of deacidifying agent and supercritical carbon dioxide(SCC02)pressure.The surface pH value,tensile strength,elongation,folding endurance,tear index,chromaticity and SEM,EDS of the deacidified samples were compared with the untreated samples.It WaS found that(1) deacidified samples became neat and clear with nearly no color change,and mechanical property WaS improved.Paper surface pH couldn’t reach alkalescent,though the samples got plenty of alkaline reserve.The tensile strength and tear index of samples treated by SCC02 were higher than those treated by immersion method,paper surface pH value WaS around 8.5 which had reached the best range,but folding endurance and elongation were lower than those treated by immersion method.Deacidified paper showed excellent anti‘aging performance during artificial aging test.(2)mechanical property of deacidified paper i11creased with the increaSed of HMT concentration,but after reaching a certain
