环结构的聚(酯一氨酯)。经测定该系列聚合物拉伸强度最大为38MPa,断 裂伸长率最高为475%,熔点在124—141℃之间,该系列聚合物具有较为优 异的力学性能和热稳定性。 4、利用BHBC、BHBT和不同聚合度的PTMG进行熔融缩聚,制备出一 系列性能优异的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体。经测定该系列聚合物拉伸强度可高 达38MPa,断裂伸长率在720一1201%,而且拉伸200%时的回复率可高达 89%,熔点在99.94—109.51。C之间,是一组具有良好力学性能芳香族聚 氨酯弹性体。 关键词:氨酯转移,非异氰酸酯,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,芳香族 万方数据 摘要 STUDIES oN SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF NoN.ISOCYANATE THERMoPLASTIC PoLYURETHANES ABSTRACT The main purpose of tllis paper is to study how to synthesis polyurethane via transurethane p01ycondensation non—isocyanate, and to improve the performance. Some diarnide- and diester-containing monomers were synthesized at first,and then were polymerized with 1,6-bis(hydroxyethyloxy carbonyl amino)hexane(BHBC)via melt transurethane polycondensation in the presence or absence of polyether glycols。A series of thermoplastic polyurethanes were synthesized.The main contribution is showed as below: 1.Melt transurethane polycondensation of BHBC with 3EG or 4EG and HEHA,which was prepared from the condensation of diethyl adipate with ethanolamine,was carried out at 1 70。C under a reduced pressure of 399 Pa.A series of aliphatic thermoplastic poly(amide—ether-urethane)s(TPAEUs) III 万方数据 万方数据 北京化工大学硕士学位论文 containing amide and ether linkages were synthesized.The TPAEUs were characterized by gel permeation chromatography,FT-IR, 1 H—NMR, differential scanning calorimetry,thermogravimetric analysis,wide angle X—ray scattering,and tensile test.And The TPAEUs had a Tm at up to 144.9。C,and tensile strength up to 1 8 MPa with elongation at break up to 79%.The TPAEUs exhibit high Tm and good mechanical properties. 2.N,N—bis(2一hydroxyethyl)isophthalamide(HYIP)was first synthesized from the reaction of dimethyl isophthalate with aminoethyl alcoh01.Melt transurethane polycondensation of BHBC and HYIP with o-PEG was carried out at 1 70。C under a reduced pressure of 3 99 Pa,and a series of partial aromatic NI—TPAEUs with amide and ether linkages were synthesized.Their tensile strength reached 32 MPa with elongation
